Requirements:
1. Experience with telecommunication working at least 4 years.
2. Experience in presale, know the Ukraine telecom market, especially in VAS field.
3. Know the direction of the VAS development.
4. Ability to develop the Market, sociability and easily communicated with others.
5. Knowledge in basic construction GSM*GPRS*CDMA networks. Protocols SSN7 (CAP, MAP, INAP, ISUP, MTP), 3GPP.
6. Knowledge and work experience in developing relationships with customers.
7. Know the application and trend of three big operators (KS, Life, and MTS): Intelligent Network (Prepaid, MVPN, and FPH Services), WAP Gateway, SMS Center, MMS Center, AAA server, RBT (Ring Back Tone Service), LBS (Location Base Service), etc.
8. Have idea how to develop the services in the previous points.
9. Fluent English.
Responsibilities:
1. Project implementation of RBTVAS equipment in Ukraine; include RBT*WIN*UIN which includes installation, testing and maintenance.
2. Learning Huawei RBT*WIN*UIN products.
3. Provide technical support or services to our customer, enhance the customer satisfaction.
4. Provide training to customers to improve their familiarity to our products.
